What is MyPortfolio?

Are you in the money or is it time to cut your losses?

This is the question that all investors in the stock market want to know all the time. MyPortfolio provides the answer to that question in an easy to use screen directly on your mobile phone, wherever your location may be.

MyPortfolio is a personal mobile stock portfolio management tool for the investors to keep track of the market value and gain or loss position on pre-selected stocks in Bursa Malaysia. You can store the details of the stocks purchased and MyPortfolio will automatically compute the your investment’s position based on the latest market price.

How to use MyPortfolio?

Create a bookmark in the WAP browser of your mobile phone for the address http://mypo.biz. Browse to the bookmark to access MyPortfolio. Click Enter to register for a one-month FREE trial subscription.

Start adding stocks into your portfolio by clicking Add Stocks

Key-in the stock code or stock name, to get a list of matching stocks.

Select a stock and then enter the purchase details i.e. cost (in sen), units and date bought.

After stock is added you can proceed to view the portfolio.

You can view the details of the stock by clicking the stock name.

The details you can see includes

  • Gross Gain in RM, percentage & annualized percentage
  • Net Gain, net of brokerage in RM, percentage & annualized percentage
  • Last done, day high, day low & opening price
  • 3 best buy & sell prices and units in order queue

You can also get charts for today's price and current order queue with historical price & volume charts.

 

Other Functions

You can add your stocks into one of the 10 portfolios, to switch portfolios, scroll down to the command links.

You can also find out the summary of Bursa indices (with charts), top active stocks, top gainers & top losers by clicking Bursa Info.

Compatible Phones

MyPortfolio can be used with any mobile phones with a WAP browser preferably with a GPRS connection. As a general guideline all colour screen phones should have the WAP function.

Charges & Payment

After the first month free trial the subscription charge of MyPortfolio is RM10 for 1 month and RM50 for 6 months.

You can pay the subscription by
